Ed Kienzle of Ridley Twp Police in Folsom, Pa., sent us this photo that started with a suspicious person call at a convenience store. “The guys in the ‘crooks’ truck were passing out rap demo CDs to customers and someone called about them,” he wrote. “The irony of the marked police vehicle head to head with the ‘marked crooks’ vehicle needed a picture... Even the guys passing out the CDs thought it was hilarious when I showed them.”
