WJAR reports K9 Brody will serve as a comfort dog for the Bristol Police Department and will be involved in activities with the town’s schools. He is the town’s first comfort dog, the department told WJAR.

"I knew we had a winning formula for the town," Medeiros said. "This is a very good example of making a difference. He's going to be a superstar for the town of Bristol. You can guarantee it."
