SAN FRANCISCO — A shelter-in-place is in effect after an armed man barricaded himself inside a building.
SWAT was called to the scene Friday afternoon to negotiate with the suspect, SFGate.com reported. It is unknown whether the suspect is a male or female.
No injuries were reported and no motive has been determined.
The standoff is ongoing.
