CANTON, Ohio — Three customers jumped in to help a cop arrest a man who was wrestling with the officer.

The officer was working a second job at Wal-Mart Sunday when a man at a self-checkout register started causing a disturbance, IndeOnline reported.

The man was yelling at another customer and two young children. The officer asked him to leave, but he refused and insisted on finishing his purchase.

“While the officer attempted to escort him from the store, he began to shake violently and balled up his fist as though he was going to launch an attack on the officer,” Capt. Dave Davis said. “As the officer was trying to place him under arrest, he became resistant.”
