JONESBORO, Ga. — Clayton County police are investigating reports of an officer who posted a video on Facebook while driving, Jacksonville.com reported.

The video shows Officer Anthony Walker in uniform mocking laws that do not allow posting to Facebook while driving. Walker was in his patrol vehicle.

Walker apologized to the department for the video, Chief Michael Register told the publication. The department is investigating what other violations Walker may have committed.

Under new state law, officers are allowed to use their phones behind the wheel as long as it’s related to job duties.
