Exeter Township (Pa.) Police Officer Sean Fullerton has been taking photos since he was a kid but recently started a project capturing moments of his colleagues in action. This photo is of Officer Craig Downs, a SWAT operator in the Berks County Emergency Response Team. After a long day of training, Fullerton got the Army Airborne veteran to crack a smile.
