ERIE, Penn. — Eight-year-old girl Cassidy Wall was riding her scooter just outside of her home May 9 on East 29th and German Streets, when a car fleeing from police hit a parked car, which then crashed into her. The entire incident was captured on security video.
Cassidy suffered a concussion in the crash. Her little sister received some bumps and bruises. But the entire family is traumatized by the incident.
Two men have been charged in connection to this crash. Angelo Moore, 18, faces a number of charges including attempting to elude police, aggravated assault by vehicle, and possession of marijuana.
