JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Bodycam video shows Florida police on horseback chasing a 25-year-old drug suspect who’s running for his life.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office posted footage online of officers on horses named Nash, Jaxx, Judge and Duke galloping after Jordan Wilson , who cops say “tried to hoof it after handing off illegal drugs.”

The chase begins with a pair of mounted officers slowly approaching Wilson. The suspect takes off running and dashes across a street, where he’s nearly hit by a minivan.

Cops say the Tuesday pursuit continued for a quarter-mile, with authorities warning Wilson to stop running and encouraging their horses to intensify the chase.

“Bro you’re not going to be able to outrun us on the house, you better stop!” shouts Officer Cassie Haire while riding Nash.

Officer Zackary Maryland , saddled atop Jaxx, can be heard shouting, “Run him over, Jaxx!”

Sweaty and winded, Wilson finally decides to “rein it in” and surrenders to Officer Maryland.

“If you choose to run, you’ll just go to jail tired,” the police department wrote on Facebook, adding that criminals “can’t hide from our horsepower!”

While cops said “Nash is the star of the video,” they gave a shoutout to the other three horses for “making sure justice was the mane priority.”

Local media said Wilson was charged with resisting officers. He was released from jail Wednesday.
