HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio — A Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy has died of injuries he sustained in an on-duty crash earlier this month, officials said Friday. 

Corporal Deputy Adam McMillan was in his cruiser October 8 when he collided with a Metro bus, according to FOX 19.  

McMillan suffered serious head trauma from the crash and slipped into a coma. He died Friday afternoon surrounded by friends and family, said FOX 19. 

McMillan was a 19-year veteran of the department.
