Teen urinates in back of Fla. patrol car

Deputy directed suspect to ‘try and hold it like an adult’

NAPLES, Fla. — Dylan DiFalco just couldn’t hold it.

DiFalco, under arrest on a misdemeanor battery charge, urinated in the back seat of a Collier County Sheriff’s Office patrol car Monday night, telling a deputy, “I told you I had to go, you stupid cop,” an arrest report said.

Deputies arrested DiFalco, 19, of Fort Myers, after employees at Burn cigar bar in North Naples said he tripped a bus boy chasing his friend, who didn’t pay his tab at Blue Martini Lounge. The bus boy was able to keep his balance and wasn’t hurt, reports said.

When put into the back seat of the patrol car, DiFalco told the deputy he needed to use the bathroom, the report said. The deputy directed DiFalco to “try and hold it like an adult,” which he didn’t, the report said.

DiFalco remained in jail Monday on $2,000 bond.
