Magnolia (Ohio) Police Department Sgt. Michael Balash submitted a photo of Patrolman Jarrod Goodnight and an elementary school student shooting hoops. With only two-full time officers, eight part-time and one unpaid auxiliary, the tiny department spends a lot of time with their community.
