HOUSTON — Newly released dash cam video captured the moment of impact when an officer stopped a wrong-way driver, flying down a tollway, ABC13 reported.
The driver, 18-year-old Gabriella Vialta, was headed inbound in the outbound lanes of the tollway. The responding deputy, Jason Mosley, stopped traffic behind him, then placed his patrol vehicle in Vialta’s path.
Vialta was not hurt in the incident. Mosley is recovering from a sore neck and back.
