WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. — A man has been charged after he wiped his “butt cheeks” with his summons and threw it at an officer, Hillsborough Patch reported.

Joseph Greenwood, 45, was given the summons after being released for threatening to assault another person. Greenwood threw his summons at Readington Township Police Lt. John Isabella.

The suspect acted by taking “the summons complaint issued to him upon his release from police custody, placing it between his butt cheeks, wiping the paper in an upward and downward motion and throwing it in the direction of the officer,” according to the indictment report obtained by the publication.

The indictment also said the suspect purposefully threw the papers at the officer to contact him with bodily fluid.

Greenwood was charged with fourth-degree throwing bodily fluids. Disorderly conduct and making threats to kill another person charges from the initial assault incident are still pending.
